Updates
The Indonesian Financial Services Authority issued a regulation that relaxes the plan and implementation of the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Tbk ("GMS"). It was an amendment to POJK No. 32 / POJK.04 / 2014. Currently, e-Proxy is possible as a solution to reach the quorum in GMS caused by difficulties of physical attendance due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
